Mystery Shopper and the Broadstone Customer Service Awards

At least 40 Broadstone traders packed into the Liberal Hall in York Road on the night of Monday 24th for the results of the Mystery Shopper and the Broadstone Customer Service Awards.

The Chamber of Trade and Commerce had arranged for 15 independent businesses be assessed on everything from their customer service and store layout to their shop displays and product knowledge in a bid to find out what is working and give us all the best chance of competing with other small towns like Wimborne as well as the bigger stores in Poole and Bournemouth.

Half of those businesses achieved in excess of 80% in these assessments with Broadstone Travel proving why they have stood the test of time and coming out on top. Many of the results were mirrored in our own Customer Service Awards, voted for by residents, shoppers and readers of the Broadstone Link with Broadstone Travel, Forum Jewellers, Advancefirst, Masons, Harris and Nash and Caesars all being highly commended.
